Where Can I Get Manuals And Parts For My R Vision Trail Lite Trailer?
by Jerry T.
(Midwest to East Coast)
I have been told that the R Vision RV Manufacturing Company is now out of business. Having a 2001 24 foot Trail Lite I would like to be able to acquire parts and manuals for my coach. HELP!
ANSWER Greetings Jerry thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.
Here are a couple of places you can look for an Owner's Manual for your trailer. You can try to Search eBay. Just type in "RV owners manual" (without the quotation marks) in the search box. I have seen quite a few RV Owner's Manuals listed there. The other resource you should try is the RV Manual Exchange Page on the RVing - The Midwest Connection website. You can post a listing there and see if anybody has the manual you are looking for.
For General information about your trailer you should go to The R-Vision™/Trail-Lite™ Owners Camping Club and Forum website. This would be a good resource to get some information from other owners of Trail-Lite Trailers.
As far as parts for your trailer, you are going to find that the majority of the parts on your trailer are universal parts that are used on all RVs. Most of the parts can be found in the The Everything About RVing Camping and RVing Store, CampingWorld.com or
Amazon.com. Just search for what you are looking for and one of those three places should have it.
If there are Trail-Lite specific parts you are looking for use the forum on the Trail-Lite Owners Camping Club to ask other members if they know where these specialty parts are available. All in all you should be OK. The fact that Trail-Lite is not around anymore should not have a huge impact on you.
If any of our visitors have any suggestions for you they can add them by clicking on the add a comment link located near the bottom of this page. Now get out there and do some camping.
