Where Can I Find The Exterior Paint Color Code For My RV?

Yes, I have a 1999 Fleetwood RV, where can I find the Exterior paint code on the RV. I have tried my local auto paint store, and was told no chips on it.

I tried my local RV center, they could not help me. I tried on line, and no web sites for this information. I have checked outside on the lower left hand corner, inside the upper kitchen cabinet, I just cannot find it.

ANSWER: Greetings Phillip thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.

The first thing I would do is Contact Fleetwood RV the manufacturer of your RV to see if they can help you out. They may be able to tell you the paint code right off or they may be able to tell you where to find the information in your Motorhome.

If for some reason Fleetwood cannot help you then I would suggest that you take your RV to a Body Shop that does color matching. The equipment they use does an excellent job of doing exact matches to existing paint.

Place called Motorcar Colors helped me match my Couchman no issues. They use BASF paint line
They have DE,NJ,PA locations

I called and emailed Fleetwood about paint and decals , so far its been a waste of time. I seem to know more than they did. I seem to have gotten the im impression they had better things to do.

I have a 2000 Fleetwood and my paint codes for the exterior upper and lower colors and paint code for decals were listed on a page glued to the interior of one of the cabinet doors, Look there.
