We travel during the summer in one fifth wheel and just bought a fifth wheel to leave in Arizona while we are gone during the summer. The questions are: How do we best protect our investment? The temperatures get really warm here. What are the best options for protecting wood inside, and the finish outside? Are there special treatments we can use?
ANSWER: Greetings Jeri thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.
First congratulations on being a two RV family. We have a lot of great information about storing your RV during the summer or the winter. Please read the answers I gave to the questions below:

By the way the mouse question was not mistakenly put here. Since you are going to be storing your RV in Arizona for the summer, rodent infestations can be a real problem, so I urge you to read the answer to that question as well.
I hope that all of this information has been helpful to you.
