Only drawbacks are when the 'Holiday Hordes' appear en masse, be careful to stay a fair distance from amenities.

Find a spot either on the beach or close by, remembering the salt spray is harmful to all metals?

Although it was an unusually cold winter and we were scrambling for heat as well as keeping water lines clear, as soon as it cleared, things were back to normal.

Loved the beachside indoor pool/hot tub at Lakewood Camping Resort, however during holidays, it would be swamped.

Our dogs loved to romp on the beach and I never had to break a sweat. Wished we golfed, since we were surrounded by courses.
