Can you travel inside a 5th wheel trailer while it is being towed in Florida or other states?

ANSWER: Hi Bill, there are states in the US that allow people to ride in 5th Wheel Trailers while they are going down the road, unfortunately, Florida is not one of those states. There are also some states that allow passengers to ride in Travel Trailers while they are going down the road but again Florida is not among those states. Some states have requirements you have to meet in order to do this so you should check your local state laws for those requirements. Look below for more details.

There is absolutely no way that I would ride in a TT or 5th wheel being towed nor would I allow anyone else to do so if I was towing. Just not a smart idea, but that's why there are Darwin Awards.
