2009 Jayco 23bh g2 tt.The underbelly sags to where it comes within 2 inches of axle. Dealer says that’s normal, is it? thank you
ANSWER Greetings Michael thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.
The underbelly sag that you are describing does not sound normal to me. I do not have the advantage of actually looking at your trailer to see exactly what you are seeing, so I would not even be able to guess at what is going on.
I strongly suggest that you take your trailer to another Jayco Dealer and have them look at it. There are 3 Jayco dealers within 50 miles of Shoreline, Washington.

All 3 of the dealerships above have Service Departments that work on Jayco Trailers.
If you still have questions you can contact Jayco and find out what they think of the problem with your trailer you. If Jayco says that it is not normal, you should have Jayco contact the RV dealership that is giving you the wrong information. With the state of the RV Industry right now, the last thing RV Manufacturers want are dissatisfied customers.
There are two ways to contact Jayco Incorporated, you can use their Contact Form or for a quicker response you can call them directly at 574-825-5861. Either way you are going to need the serial number of your trailer.
I hope this information will be helpful to you in finding out what is going on with your Jayco Trailer. If any of our visitors have suggestions for you, they can leave them by clicking on the add a comment link located near the bottom of this page.
I wish you the best of luck and Happy RVing.
