I have bought a 1997 Jayco 28 foot Fifth Wheel Travel Trailer. When I turn on more than two interior lights they cycle off and on. Also the house battery does not charge. I think there may be something wrong with the voltage converter but I haven't been able to find it. Please help.
Here is the problem, once you find the Converter, there is not much that a do-it-yourselfer can do to repair it other than to look for blown fuses etc. In your case, before I do anymore hunting for the converter I would check the House Batteries for proper electrolyte levels and loose battery connections.
Another problem could be that the battery is bad and no longer taking a charge. You also do not tell me if the problem you are experiencing happens when you are plugged into shore power. When you are plugged in the converter takes over from
