I am looking for the reset button for some GFCI outlets on my 1996 Sunnybrook 5th wheel.... None of the outlets have buttons so there must be a central reset button...
ANSWER: Greetings Duane thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.
If you have GFCI Outlets in your 5th Wheel Trailer the actual GFCI Outlet will have a reset and test button on the outlet itself. If there are no buttons on the outlet then it is not a GFCI Outlet.
I am going to assume that you have checked inside the bottom cabinets located in the Kitchen and Bathroom of your RV as the manufacturers sometimes locate then there.
If you do not find any GFCI Outlets then you probably have a tripped circuit breaker in your Fiver. You need to locate the Circuit Breaker Panel for your RV. In some RV's the Circuit Breakers are located in an Electrical Compartment which is located in an outside storage compartment of the RV. In other RVs the Circuit Breakers are located in the living area of the RV itself and covered by a door or removable panel.
Hope this helps.
