Crock-Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

Corned Beef and Cabbage
(Crock-Pot)
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
6-8 cups cooked rice
4 lbs. corned beef brisket
4 carrots, quartered
2 large onions, quartered
1 small cabbage, quartered
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon
peppercorns2 cups water
Salt and pepper
Directions:1. Set aside cabbage and rice.
2. Add all ingredients to crock-pot and cook on low for 3 hours.
3. Add cabbage to the crock-pot and cover with the liquid. Add lid and cook on low for 3 more hours, or until the meat is tender.
4. Heat rice. Place corned beef and cabbage over rice.
