My hubby and I were sitting by the campfire just enjoying the peace and quiet when our van lights came on and the horn honked!

I thought my husband had the keys and was trying to spook me. He thought I had them! We looked at each other when we realized neither of us had them but they were in our fifth wheel holiday trailer.

We hurried inside and to our surprise, our wiener dog had knocked them onto the https://amzn.to/3FjXdut near the window and was stepping on the auto door lock! We were both spooked for a bit!

Our dog locked us out of our truck when I exited it and left the key and fob on the console. The dog stepped up onto the console, and the auto lock key.

All the windows were up. No way in. No spare key. Fortunately a pro at unlocking cars in parking lots (at the direction of management!) was nearby.

We now have a spare key securely attached to the interior of the truck bed, and tools (wedge and metal rod) if we happen to come across others who may find themselves in this predicament.
