Can I install a tube receiver hitch to my 1999 35 foot New Vision 5th Wheel?

ANSWER Greetings Larry thanks for submitting your question on our Ask An RV Question Page.

I am pretty sure that you can have a Tube Receiver Hitch installed on the back of your 5th wheel trailer. I am not sure what you are planning to tow behind your 5th wheel, but you are going to have to find out what the towing weight limitations may be for the hitch on the back of your 5th wheel trailer.

Another factor that you need to consider is that not all states allow you to tow another trailer or vehicle behind your 5th wheel trailer. Some states such as California require special licensing. TowingWorld.com has a very good page on Towing Laws listed By State.
