Banana Burritos

Banana Burritos

Serves 4

Ingredients:


4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup strawberry preserve
3 Tablespoons butter
2 large Bananas

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium.

2. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside

3. Place bananas unpeeled on grill for 4-6 minutes per side. Bananas will become blackened and slightly softened. Remove from grill.

4. Spread each tortilla with butter and lay flour tortillas flat on grill about one minute per side.

5. Place flour tortillas flat on a large plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

6. Cut bananas in half, peel bananas. Slice each half lengthwise down the middle.

7. Place two slices in the middle of each flour tortilla, and add strawberry preserves down the center.

8. Fold two ends of the flour tortilla to the center, and roll to make a burrito.

You can jazz it up! Make it a peanut butter and Jelly burrito, or add your favorite toppings:
Fresh strawberries and yogurt, topped with nuts.
Add a scoop of ice cream topped with a cherry or
sprinkle with powdered sugar.
